We are proud to provide a variety of fresh, organic PRODUCE. When possible, we use local and close to home farms. In the summer, LRNC is thrilled to have Owen’s Farm produce out of Holderness, NH. This farm does not use chemical fertilizers or pesticides. Selection varies week to week depending on what’s avaiable, but call if you want to be sure of something!
If you haven’t tried 3 J Farm’s BEEF, you don’t know what you’re missing! Pasture raised, 100% grass-fed with no hormones or antibiotics, this beef is the best you’ll ever have! We have ground beef, ground beef patties, stew meat, and steak selection varies.
Also from NH, Yankee Farmer’s Market out of Warner has delicious BUFFALO! Ground buffalo, ground buffalo patties, and buffalo stew meat are available now!
Our quality POULTRY comes from Misty Knolls farm in New Haven, VT. No antibiotics or hormones and free range make these birds happy! Selection varies, but we are known to carry skinless, boneless chicken breasts, turkey breast cutlets, and boneless turkey breasts.

We have EGGS raised in Monroe, NH free range with no antibiotics or hormones fed organic feed, in addition to, BREAD baked by Sunnyfield Bakery in Wonalancet, RAW HONEY from the Back Door Farm in Sanbornton, MAPLE SYRUP from Just Maple in Tilton and CHEESE from Agape Farm in Ossipee, NH and Neighborly Farm in Randolph Center, VT.

When cooking with fats, use only those fats that remain stable at temperatures above the boiling point, such as butter, olive oil, and unrefined palm and coconut oil. Don’t heat polyunsaturated vegetable oils, such as safflower, sunflower, and flaxseed oils. Heating these oils causes them to break down, allowing trans fatty acids to develop.
